A 60-minute visit where we will review a full medical history, current medications, current diet regimen, list of current/past symptoms, and any recent medical records and labwork. After gathering all information, we will formulate an individualized treatment plan which may include labwork, imaging, referrals, diet changes, physical therapy, breathing exercises, recommended supplements, and prescription medications.
Follow-up - $99
A 30-minute visit where we will review what has and has not worked and continue to fine-tune our treatment plan.
